About EUREKA

We build the machines
we sell

EUREKA is a laser equipment workshop, not a reseller. Frames, assembly, wiring and testing all happen under one roof — and every machine leaves with export packing and remote commissioning included.

01 — Who we are

A laser workshop, not a trading desk

EUREKA designs and builds fiber laser systems for sheet and tube cutting, welding, cleaning and marking. The workshop covers the full build — frame fabrication, mechanical assembly, wiring and testing — so the machine you receive is the one we assembled and ran ourselves.

Because we build rather than resell, changes are possible. Bed size, laser power, enclosure, exchange tables, tube chucks and the parameters your material needs are decided at build time, not negotiated with a third party.

The machines go to fabrication shops, kitchen-equipment makers, signage workshops and metal furniture producers. We support them in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian — the same four languages this site runs in.

02 — Inside the workshop

What actually happens in the workshop

Five stages, from bare steel to a packed machine. You can ask for photos or video at any of them.

1

Frame and bed fabrication

The bed and gantry are cut, welded and machined in-house, then squared and levelled before anything is mounted on them. The frame decides how the machine cuts for the next ten years.

2

Mechanical assembly

Rails, racks, the cutting head, chucks and exchange tables are fitted and aligned to the frame — the stage where straightness and repeatability are set.

3

Electrical and wiring

Control cabinet, laser source, chiller, gas lines and safety interlocks are wired and labelled, and the electrical drawings are prepared for your maintenance team.

4

Testing and trial cut

Every machine is powered up, the laser is tested, and a trial cut is run on real material before the machine is signed off. This is the stage most customers ask to see.

5

Export packing

The machine is cleaned, protected against moisture, fixed to a steel base and packed for sea freight. Packing list, machine documents and drawings travel with it.

Most customers ask for the trial-cut video at stage four — a short clip of their own part being cut, with the parameters we used. Ask for it and we will send it.

03 — What we build

Seven machine families, one platform

Sheet and tube cutting, fully enclosed cells, welding, cleaning and marking — each one configured around the parts you actually make.

Sheet metal laser cutting machine

Sheet Cutting

Open-bed flatbed cutters for standard 3 × 1.5 m plate, with exchange-table options.

Tube laser cutting machine

Tube Cutting

Long-bed machines with rotary chucks for round, square and profile tube.

Combined sheet and tube laser cutting machine

Sheet & Tube

One frame, both jobs — flat sheet and tube on the same machine.

Fully enclosed laser cutting machine

Fully Enclosed

Sealed cutting cells for shops that need fume control and a clean floor.

Handheld laser welding machine

Laser Welding

Handheld welding units for stainless, carbon steel, aluminium and galvanised sheet.

Laser cleaning machine

Laser Cleaning

Pulsed cleaning for rust, paint, oxide and weld pre-treatment.

Fiber laser marking machine

Laser Marking

Fiber marking for serial numbers, logos and tool identification.

Not sure which one?

Send us the part you make. We will tell you which family fits — and which configuration inside it.

04 — How we work with you

From drawing to first production run

Seven steps. Three of them happen before you commit to anything — a cutting video, a configuration and a price.

1

Send your part or drawing

DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES or a PDF with dimensions. Tell us the material, the thickness and what the part has to do.

2

Application check

We match laser power, bed size and tooling to the job — and say so if a different configuration fits better.

3

Cutting video and quote

We cut your part on the closest machine we have and send the video with the parameters we used, the configuration and the price.

4

Order and production

Contract and production slot confirmed. You get photos and video while your machine is being built.

5

Trial cut and inspection

Your machine is run and trial-cut before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome at this point.

6

Packing and shipping

Packed for sea freight, documents prepared, shipping arranged to your port.

7

Commissioning and support

We commission the machine remotely with your team, in your language, and stay reachable for the first production runs.

Not sure where you are?

Send whatever you have — a photo of the part is enough to start.

05 — Quality & verification

Don't take our word for it

Two things matter before a machine is loaded into a container: that it works, and that you can check that it works. Here is what we do about both.

Before the machine is packed

  • Laser source powered up — beam and output power tested
  • Trial cut on your material and thickness, with the parameters recorded
  • Axis travel, squareness and repeatability checked
  • Gas, chiller, extraction and safety interlocks verified
  • Packing and fixing checked before the container is closed

Three ways to check us

Live video walkthrough

Book a call and we walk the workshop with you on video — including the machine being built for you.

Cutting video of your own part

Send a drawing. We cut it, film it and send the parameters along with the clip.

Third-party inspection

You are welcome to appoint your own inspector before the machine is packed.

06 — After delivery

What happens after the machine arrives

Commissioning, spare parts and documentation are part of the delivery — not an upsell at the end of the invoice.

Remote commissioning

We commission the machine together with your team over video — power-up, alignment and the first trial cut — in English, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian.

Included with every machine

Spare parts & consumables

Nozzles, lenses, protective windows and ceramic rings for the models we build. Send the machine's serial number and we identify the part from the file we keep for it.

Shipped by courier

Documents & handover

Packing list, electrical drawings and manuals travel with the machine. We walk your operators through daily maintenance and the first production runs.

07 — Questions buyers ask

Before you send an enquiry

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. Frames, assembly, wiring and testing happen in our own workshop, and the machines are built by our own assembly team. You are welcome to see it — in person or on a live video call.

Can we visit the workshop?

Yes. Tell us when you plan to travel and we will arrange the visit. If travelling is not practical, we can walk the workshop with you on a live video call instead — same machines, same people.

Do you build machines to our configuration?

Yes. Bed size, laser power, enclosure type, exchange tables, tube chucks and other options are decided at build time. Send the parts you make and we will propose the configuration that fits them.

Can you cut a sample of our part before we order?

That is how most orders start. Send a drawing — DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES or a PDF with dimensions — together with the material and thickness. We cut it and send you the video with the parameters we used. There is no need to ship us a physical sample first.

What happens after the machine arrives at our site?

Remote commissioning is included: we work through power-up, alignment and the first trial cut together with your team, in your language. After that we stay reachable on WhatsApp and e-mail for production questions and spare parts.

How is a machine packed for shipping?

It is cleaned, protected against moisture, fixed to a steel base and packed for sea freight. The packing list, machine documents and electrical drawings travel with the machine, and we prepare the paperwork your customs broker needs.

Do you supply spare parts and consumables?

Yes — nozzles, lenses, protective windows, ceramic rings and other consumables for the models we build. We keep the parts list of every machine we ship on file, so a spare can be identified from the serial number.

Which languages does your team work in?

English, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian — the same four languages this site runs in. Enquiries, drawings and technical questions are all handled in those languages.
