The LWS Series is a handheld fiber laser welding machine offered in three power ratings — 1500W, 2000W and 3000W — with a handheld welding gun on a 10 m delivery fiber, a water-cooled cabinet and a 1080 nm fiber source. It is built for sheet metal and metal fabrication workshops that need fast, low-distortion welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and galvanized sheet metal.

All three models share the same cabinet, control panel and 10 m fiber delivery, so a workshop can start at 1500W and step up to 2000W or 3000W without changing how the machine is installed or operated. The cabinet moves on castors and the handheld gun takes the weld to the workpiece instead of bringing the workpiece to the machine.
The LWS Series is used for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and galvanized sheet metal. Shielding gas is nitrogen or argon, chosen according to the process, and an external wire feeder supplies filler wire when the joint requires it.
Because the beam travels through the fiber to the handheld gun, the heat is concentrated in a small area and the heat-affected zone stays narrow. That suits thin sheet, visible seams and parts that must not distort during welding. The power supply requirement is 380V 50/60Hz and the air pressure requirement is 4-6 bar.
