The LC Series is a handheld fiber laser cleaning machine offered in three power ratings — 1500W, 2000W and 3000W — with a handheld cleaning head on a 10 m fiber delivery, a 300 mm continuously adjustable scanning range and a water-cooled cabinet measuring about 1055 × 620 × 1090 mm. It removes rust and paint from carbon steel and stainless steel without abrasives, chemicals or mechanical contact.

All three models share the same cabinet, 10 m fiber delivery and scanning head, so the choice between 1500W, 2000W and 3000W comes down to how fast you want to work through heavily rusted or thickly painted surfaces. The cabinet moves on castors and needs only a 380V 50/60Hz supply.
The LC Series is used for rust removal and paint removal. The process also lifts oil and coating layers from the surface. Because the beam works by ablation rather than abrasion, no blasting media is consumed and no chemical waste is produced; the removed layer is vaporised or swept away as dust.
Typical substrates are carbon steel and stainless steel. The scanning range of 300 mm is continuously adjustable, so operators can narrow the spot for edges and welds or open it up for large flat areas, and the 10 m fiber keeps the cleaning head away from the cabinet on large workpieces.
