The TE Series is a wide-chuck fiber laser tube cutting machine available in three chuck sizes from φ20 mm up to φ560 mm, with a laser power range of 1500W to 20000W. It cuts round, square, rectangular and oval tube in carbon steel and stainless steel, accepts raw tube up to 6000 mm long, and runs on a Weihong / FSCUT control system with a 380V 50/60Hz power supply. The series is aimed at fabricators who process large-diameter tube for structures, heavy frames, pipe racks and architectural work.

What is the largest tube the TE Series can cut?
The series accepts tube from φ20 mm to φ560 mm in three chuck sizes: φ20-φ240 mm, φ20-φ360 mm and φ20-φ560 mm. All share the 1500W-20000W laser power range.
How long can the raw tube be?
The tube feeding length is 6000 mm and the maximum blanking length is 1500 mm or 3500 mm, so standard 6 m tube stock fits without pre-cutting.
What materials does the TE Series process?
Carbon steel and stainless steel tube in round, square, rectangular and oval profiles.
Is automatic loading available?
Yes. The loading system is optional and is available as semi-automatic loading or fully automatic loading.
How accurate is the TE Series?
Position accuracy is 0.05 mm and reposition accuracy is 0.03 mm on the X and Y axes, with an 80 r/min W-axis under Weihong / FSCUT control.
